DTDC courier service is used to deliver your goods and in case DTDC service is unavailable for given address indiapost service is used
Exchange is possible only when there is a physical damage to the goods while shipping
Exchange can be accepted only when video (with 4 sides) of the packet while opening the parcel is provided
Refund amount will be adjusted in next orders only
Tracking of your goods will be provided once goods are dispatched
